Print options should be saved per printer across sessions

Bug Description

As I can see, evince saves the print options between sessions regardless of the printer. I have made two queues for the same printer to avoid unneccessary color prints and to easier handle different paper in different trays. If I change the printer in the GTK print dialog from evince the options of the previously choosen printer still are active, makes my two queues needless.

I think the software should save the options per printer, and eventually per document.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue you are reporting is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the developers of the software by following the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME. Sometimes I ask me why I report bugs to Ubuntu, if I have to report the bug to upstream also. If upstream does not fix the problem, Ubuntu should have the chance to fix it and to make Ubuntu better. If this is not the case, Ubuntu is not better than upstream. I understand this for software not in the main repository, but for Evince, which is in main?

The Ubuntu team has some capacity to fix issues/improve its softwares/help upstream, it doesn't mean we can/want replace upstream and do most of the work on the softwares we are distributing. You don't have to report to their bug tracker, but it increases the odd that somebody is going to look at your problem, it's also a needed step for change to upstream code (even if the Ubuntu team comes with a fix, we are going to upstream it because we don't want to carry the change in Ubuntu only, there is no reason they should not benefit other users)
