Bug Description

percona-cacti-templates package installs ss_get_rds_stats.py to /usr/share/cacti/scripts/ with 644 permissions. If for php scripts it's ok as we use <path_to_php_binary> prefix, it's not ok for python files. RDS graphs won't work until you chmod 755 this file.
