Bug Description
elementary OS Isis
When using two monitors are not saved settings (flip screens).
When after LogOut or restart the computer monitors flip screens settings reset.
PC:
Dell 3721 (Intel HD 4000) + TV LCD LG 39 (1600x900)

It seems like there is a bunch of settings which are getting reset on logout/login. I am having another issue, that setting only an external monitor to work doesn't work after reboot/relogin. It gets reset to a state having both monitors enabled.
I don't think this is very different from current issue, so I won't fire a new bug report for that.
