Files should allow to drag files right-clicking on them

Bug Description

When you right-click on a file the context menu inmediately opens.

Instead, the context menu should open when the mouse button is released. That way, it would be possible to drag a file right-clicking on it, and when releasing it a popup could appeard, offering the option of copying the file, moving it, or creating a link. (I think this is the standard behaviour in windows, and it would be very useful)

Please confirm whether this is still affecting you. You should be able to drag with the right button provided you start the drag *immediately* after clicking

I'm working with linux freya, I just did a dit-upgrade, and the problem is still there. Should I do something else to update pantheon-failes version? BTW, how can I find out with pantheon-files version I'm using?

opensas: You can get the full version (and other package information) by typing `apt-cache show pantheon-files` into a terminal.

Does the problem occur in all three view? There is a bug in List View at the moment where only the right-hand side of the icon is draggable.

Try clicking at the same time as moving the mouse.

Another person has reported not being able to drag with the secondary button (see Bug #1455166) so I will mark this as confirmed.

opensas: The other person who was having difficulty dragging with the right button has said it works if you click after you start moving the mouse. There is a short delay after right-clicking before the menu appears - you have to drag the mouse a minimum distance within this time in order to initiate a drag. It maybe that this delay is too short to be convenient for some. We could lengthen it a little. It needs to be changed anyway as it uses a deprecated function.
