[Gutsy] LDM doesn't disconnect ssh on logout

Bug Description
Step to reproduce:
-Boot a thin client
-Log in as usual
-Log out
-At this point you'll have a nice black screen (LDM waiting on SSH to disconnect, but it'll never do)
Killing the ssh process by hand makes LDM works again.
That's with ltsp version : 5.0.22

When Ollie synced to my tree, this bug was there, it was subsequently squashed, however, it didn't make it in for tribe 4.
It'll be fixed for 5.
