Bug Description
We see some random issues with apt-get in hpcloud that appear to be networking related. I can't find it in my notes, but I believe there's a mirror in hpcloud we can configure our images to point to so that we keep things consistent.

We need to be careful with this one.. HP setups should use an HP mirror, but other setups shouldn't be using an HP mirror.
