Bug Description
The SVIR tool allows the user to modify the primary, category and top level indicator weights. When these weights are changed, the weighted value for each indicator needs to be multiplied against each respective indicators values (for each municipality within a selected district).
This data then needs to be saved in the client as a temporary object which is overwritten each time the user modifies the weights.
This data then can be compared against that original data (the same underlying data mixed with the original JSON weights (produced in the QGIS tool)) within the PCP charts.
