I don't have the public/publiczny folder in my home folder. I wonder if the "username" is also what he was using (/home/username doesn't exist for sure :))

Same here after upgrading from 13.10 to 14.04. I'm quite sure I did use Blueman during these ~6 months, with no problems.

Path in my report title was
/home/username/Public
NOTE: "username" not replaced here. That is what the actual error says.

Then when I go to Local Services - Transfer, the Shared Folder is set to (None).
