Bug Description

we are getting a sql warning on tox runs. we should investigate it.

/home/asalkeld/work/solum/.tox/pep8/lib/python2.7/site-packages/sqlalchemy/ext/declarative/api.py:50: SAWarning: Ignoring declarative-like tuple value of attribute timestamp: possibly a copy-and-paste error with a comma left at the end of the line?
  _as_declarative(cls, classname, cls.__dict__)

    This fixes the following warning:
