Bug Description
I'm using plank as a dock and you can have a shortcut to my Midori site specific browser (application) but after you launch it, it will show as a midori window in the dock. Because the exec is midori.

Dock apps match execs to their respective .desktop files. The exec is midori so it's being matched with the midori .desktop instead of its own.
