Bug Description

Running prepare_node script on Jenkins slaves fails with error (in stage 'puppet apply'):

err: /Stage[main]/Jenkins::Slave/Database_grant[openstack_citest@localhost]/privileges: change from to create, drop failed: The privileges 'create,drop' are not valid. Did you mean 'create_priv,drop_priv'?

So, the right privileges are 'create_priv' and 'drop_priv'.
