Bug Description
Related: #1228410
On a real env.
Deploy a service.
While it's pending.
Destroy the service from the inspector.
Once the service is destroyed and the icon removed form the canvas the inspector stays open.

Repeated attempts to reproduce this bug yielded few results, so I've marked this bug as "incomplete" in the hopes that someone will eventually figure out better reproduction instructions. Also, since it appears to be so intermittent, and since mitigation is so cheap (reload the app), I'm moving it to "low" priority.
