Bug Description
On karlstaging:
1) Remove any existing statsd.
2) Get statsd wired in on the karlstaging app servers.
3) ??? Get statsd wired into the karlstaging PG server? Do we need any extra agent integration?
4) Make sure the new agent re-appears on reboot (and make sure any existing statsd does not appear on reboot.)
- Get agent's log files autorotated
5) Distribute the karl login to datadog un/pw to Shane/Tres/Paul.
On production:
- The above
- Remove all traces of graphite from osfkarl10 (and any PG database)
