1. Create new environment (CentOS, simple mode)
2. Choose installing Savanna, Murano
3. Add controller, compute, cinder
4. Start deployment. It was successful
5. Start OSTF tests
6. Test "Savanna tests to create/list/delete node group and cluster templates" has failed on first step with error
Time limit exceeded while waiting for Create node group tasktracker and datanode templates to finish. Please refer to OpenStack logs for more details.

7. Manually I created Node Group Template and Cluster Template without errors in Horizon
Look like the testing lab is slow.
Can you do this steps ?
1. Login to Fuel through ssh
2. sed -i 's/20,/120,/g' /opt/fuel_
3. sed -i 's/Duration: 50 s./Duration: 250 s./g' /opt/fuel_
4. service supervisord restart
5. Rerun tests from Fuel UI
