[Clock] Add more feedback to stopwatch lap button

Bug Description
When using stopwatch "Lap" button has almost no visible feedback. There is only tiny effect on the edge of the clock but it fades in slowly.
It is difficult to notice if the button was really pressed.
This seems to be regression from #1168468

At the moment, the lap has a visual and a haptic feedback. So I am not too sure as to what more needs to be done to make the lap action more obvious. I have added the design team to this bug report to see if they have any other ideas.
