The following packages have unmet dependencies:
drizzle-server: Depends: libdrizzledmessage0 (= 2010.10.

Nowhere can I find libdrizzledmessage0 2010.10.
PS And also the site doc.drizzle.org is inaccessible !

This is probably the wrong place to file a distribution's bug, as they should have the dependencies matching together.
However, those versions are very old -- both drizzle and Ubunut 11.04, As far as I can see, Ubuntu 11.04 is already end-of-life since more than a year.
You should probably try a more recent release of Ubuntu and install it from their repositories
