Bug Description

We have cases of one-script-off git repos like http://staging.git.linaro.org/infrastructure/clean-trash-repo.git & http://staging.git.linaro.org/infrastructure/create-clone-bundle.git and even more scripts whose origin is hard to trace lying around on android.git.linaro.org and staging.git.linaro.org. These should be collected into a single repo and should be deployed from such, to facilitate updates.

Old 2 repos are now put in trash (had to munge with gl-creator file for that).

Ok, I adhered to that rule of thumb - "if i touch anything, make it deploy with ansible from a common repo" - while working on issues like lp:1251337. As I switch back to Jenkins/Ansible work, passing this to Milo, to see if he's interested to do few other conversions either. Otherwise, this can be closed by the end of cycle.

All necessary repositories/scripts have been merged into linaro-git-tools and into gitolite-tools, with the latter only related to gitolite LDAP/Crowd integration.
