Bug Description

Currently in OpenStack end-user guide (URL - http://docs.openstack.org/user-guide/content/neutron_client_commands.html) help text for 'neutron subnet-list' command reads as follows:

subnet-list List networks that belong to a given tenant.

This needs to be change as

subnet-list List sub networks that belong to a given tenant.

AFAIK this is the output of the current neutron command - so a fix needs to be done to python-neutronclient first, a release done from it and then we can import it.

    Fix description of ListSubnet

    The help texts for both "neutron net-list" and "neutron subnet-list"
    give the same text "List networks that belong to a given tenant."

    Fix it so that subnet-list output the proper "subnet"
