Bug Description
It would be nifty, if the help in staff client and OPAC went to a wiki, so the staff could edit it.
For example, a YAOUS for wiki.opac.help.url and wiki.staff.
'http://
This would allow Eg to provide a default help, and if the consortia/whatever wanted, they could point the help URLs to their own wiki instead.
Clicking on the help in staff client should open the link in the default browser.
(This idea is blatantly stolen from Koha)

That was one of the ideas behind the current help code, that folks could go in that direction. At the time, I was imagining meta-refresh tags in local documents redirecting to remote content, but I agree it would be better to code in direct support like you're imagining via YAOUS.
