Bug Description
Since 13.10 upgrade the HUD is not presenting anymore elements from applications that are unfocused. This include menu elements from indicators like "play / pause" from music-player indicator or even the "shutdown" command from top-right indicator. These were previously available by HUD. Once in a while, the HUD crashes completly and complain about an "inter-windows" library.
