Bug Description
Currently the clock app uses GeoIP for detecting the user's currrent location. However it has been found that in some cases, GeoIP is not particularly accurate. So it is recommended to use GPS as the primary source for location detection. May be we can add some redundancy to this by using GPS, GeoIP and manual setting. This should be done in the order,
GPS -> GeoIP -> Manual Setting
If a GPS satellite cannot be found due to any reason, then it automatically switches to GeoIP and so on.

This is currently not possible since Ubuntu Location uses only satellite data which takes almost 15-20 minutes to retrieve the user location which is not acceptable. Until there is assisted GPS support, this bug is blocked.
