GUI green/red color usage is not good for color blind

Bug Description

In service blocks and the inspector we use green to signify health and red to signify errors. In the inspector's unit break-down, we use shapes nicely to distinguish between the two (circle vs triangle) but the status bar has no such help.

Because we have the unit break-down, I think this is not urgent, but it would be nice if the status bar could also be read by green/red color blind users. Perhaps we could incorporate the shapes into the status bar?

This is most probably because the 3 colours are all very similar in colour,
we'll work on tweaking the colours to solve this issue.
