Unable to invoke "Save As" command

Bug Description

It is my understanding that pressing `Ctr+Shift+S` should invoke a "Save As" command to save a copy of the file to a different location/name. I am unable to do so, running a vanilla copy of stable elementary OS Luna.

I liked this editor but without any menu or command to 'save as' is very limited to very basic use.

Liked this editor also, but programming is greatly inconvenienced by lack of save as feature. I will probably have to replace it until the bug is fixed.
