Copying a large audio file to the project causes Jokosher to 'freeze'

Bug Description
If I press the 'Add Audio File' button and select a large .wav file (in this case 600Mb) and leave the 'copy file to project' box ticked then the whole gui freezes until the file has been copied to the project directory at which time the dialog clears and the waveforms start to appear.

Blocking the main loop is *bad*. I think we need to implement a progress bar for this.
