elementaryOS 0.2 "Luna"
Not sure the bug is present in 0.3. Might be a wishlist rather than a bug report.
When setting a custom wallpaper for the desktop, it is used as background for the login manager. But while it is centered on the desktop, it is aligned to the left at login screen. It should be centered too.
Not sure if you're using LightDM as login manager (with custom greeter?) or a custom solution but the problem doesn't happen on Ubuntu 13.04. Could be a limitation of the version of LightDM available for Ubuntu 12.04 (on which eOS is based) though.
