Bug Description

When a tool prints warnings, (such as gcc warning about an unused variable) it is not shown to the user. Stderror is only shown when a tool returns an error code.

We need to add another emoticon for success, but with something printed to stderror.
:) success
:\ success, but with stderror output
:( failure, assumed to have stderror output
