cordova should supply ubuntu-cordova instead of just ubuntu-cordova-2.8

Bug Description

I was playing with cordova today and it occurred to me that right now we are using cordova like so:
$ cordova-ubuntu-2.8 <path to toplevel dir with index.html?

Eg:
/usr/share/cordova-ubuntu-2.8/examples/qrcode-scanner/

This is fine, but having a version in the name might be a maintenance problem if we expect only one version of cordova on the system (eg, apps are written to use cordova-ubuntu-2.8, then the user upgrades to a newer release of ubuntu and its cordova is cordova-ubuntu-3.0). Maybe it makes sense to ship a symlink from cordova-ubuntu-2.8 to cordova-ubuntu.
