Bug Description

I just put a board online in staging (staging-snowball10). It started running it's health check, but when you look at the device -https://staging.validation.linaro.org/scheduler/device/staging-snowball10 - it doesn't list a running job.

That ran on the snowball and is *still* not showing on https://staging.validation.linaro.org/scheduler/device/staging-snowball10 as having been run

This should have been fixed as part of the new ordering in job tables. Please reopen if not.
