Bug Description
Open a Nautilus window
Go to the top of the screen.
There is only a "Files" menu. Click on it to unfold it.
There is a "New window" option but there is no "New tab" option.
It used to exist until ubuntu 12.10, now it's gone without a good reason.
Yes, you can easily open a new tab by right-clicking on a folder and choosing "open in new tab" from the context menu. But the same can be said about opening a new window, yet the new window option does exist.
