Bug Description

With the default settings, you cannot add additional keyboard shortcuts, only edit existing ones. The workaround is to install elementary tweaks, http://www.elementaryupdate.com/2013/06/finally-elementary-tweaks.html, but that isn't something immediately evident to the user. Something so basic should be available by default.
