Hi,
at first I had a problem with copy & paste by marking the text and clicking the right mouse button. The mark disappeared as I did so. Then I disabled some of the plugins and this works. But now the keyboard shortcuts for copy & paste do not work.

You are using a WebKit2GTK build - which is in it's early aplha state.
I suggest that you build midori without webkit2 support for now.
PS: if you are an arch user, there is a "bug" in the package build and I think it will be fixed soon
