Bug Description
The button, to create new document in Scratch, is missing from the toolbar.
If "Source Tree" plugin is not enabled, then this isn't very important, but it would be nice to have the buttons also on toolbar.
If the "Source Tree" plugin is enabled, the tabs bar is removed and there is no button to create a new document (Ctrl + N doesn't work also).
