Bug Description
Happens when opening ~/Dropbox folder in nautilus. Suspect it's the nautilus/dropbox integration stuff, though the badge shows OK in ~.
(Version of dropbox is 1.6.0 from their own apt repo; as it seems to have been dropped in saucy - and raring version was way old anyway)
