Bug Description
After a package upgrade and subsequent sleep, I found my system with the whole height full of "reboot required" messages. Upon clicking away one, the rest slowly crawled upwards with 100% cpu usage for X on one core. Twenty minutes and a couple of hundred messages later all were gone.
It seems ridiculous to spam the same message hundreds of times when there is one already visible.

There already is a safe guard inside KNH to prevent multiple notifications at the same time.
What kind of upgrade was it? Did the sleep really happen *after* apt-get was done or may it have been *while* apt-get was still working? What kind of apt-get GUI/version/etc did you use for the upgrade? Can you at all reproduce this issue?
