Huge figures in cab

Hmm, that locomotive neither works in a clean but up-to-date MSTS install nor an up-to-date MSTSBin install. I wonder how you make it work at all.

My suspicion is that you are running a customised cab font in MSTS; a screenshot of what you get in MSTS would be good, plus if you could attach the gui_fnts.dat file from the GUI directory we can check this.

That file seems unmodified; could you check out one of the standard in-box locomotives with a digital display (like the Acela Express) in either MSTS or OR and take a screenshot of its cab. Thanks.

The way MSTS works, you can only have one font used in the cab - even with different locomotives. This means that, sometimes, people customise MSTS itself to use a different font so that certain locomotives have better looking cabs. It looks like this EP2k locomotive is one of the ones which needs this customisation. Unfortunately, we have no such options in OR right now, though, we'd sooner add a per-locomotive customisation than a global one.

ORTSFont has been implemented in order to set several different fonts in the cab
