Bug Description

Based on few recent reports, with leveraging more OE builds for LEG, etc. needs, persistent OE slaves are severely out of disk space. Based on discussion, bumping partitions size to 100G (from 32G) makes sense.

New AMI has been created: ami-14c1b37d

Couple of old slaves preserved for reference (as oe_persistent_cloud_32g), rest are deleted, and new AMI is set for oe_persistent_cloud.

First build started: https://ci.linaro.org/jenkins/job/openembedded-armv8-rootfs/368/
