Bug Description
Pressing 'Esc' or 'Enter' during Compiz Scenes* toggles 'Magnifier' activation.
If 'Scale', 'Expo', 'Ring Switcher', 'Shift Switcher' (, etc...?) is being activated and either the 'Esc' key or the 'Enter' key is pressed, then the 'Magnifier' activation will be toggled.
It doesn't matter if the 'Initiate' shortcut in 'Magnifier' is disabled or not, but 'Magnifier' has to be 'enabled'.

Yeah, the magnifier plugin is badly broken since r3320.
We should have a look @ it ASAP.
I recommend disabling it for now and using EZoom for the zooming instead.
