package python3.3-minimal 3.3.1-1ubuntu5 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Since I upgrade Xubuntu from 12.04 to 13.04 , each time there is update I have errors.........

my system is slower and I have often problem with Chromium ( not enough memory !!! )
