Bug Description

After upgrading to 13.04, I no longer have scroll bars in gnumeric. I can click and hold and drag around to move, but I don't have any explicit scroll bars to let me move around...quite unusable.

Let me know what info I could provide.

[~]
-> uname -a
Linux nwel-blur 3.8.0-21-generic #32-Ubuntu SMP Tue May 14 22:16:46 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

[~]
-> gnumeric -v
gnumeric version '1.12.1'
datadir := '/usr/share/gnumeric/1.12.1'
libdir := '/usr/lib/gnumeric/1.12.1'

Not sure if the attached screenshot will help much, but it shows they aren't there anyway! (And they don't show up when you hover, either).

Thanks!
