No scroll bars in 13.04

Bug Description

After upgrading to 13.04, I no longer have scroll bars in gnumeric. I can click and hold and drag around to move, but I don't have any explicit scroll bars to let me move around...quite unusable.

Let me know what info I could provide.

Not sure if the attached screenshot will help much, but it shows they aren't there anyway! (And they don't show up when you hover, either).

Edwin Lee, thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Please execute the following command, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal:
apport-collect BUGNUMBER
When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu-bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs.
