Testing every 2 weeks email alert setting. Today is Monday May 6th
The blog entry was posted on May 6th, but the alert came 1 week later, not 2 weeks later. I think we need to check the logic on the bi-weekly alerts.

While there may be an error, the logic is currently wired up such that the "biweekly" stuff is sent out every other Sunday -- this past Sunday could've been the one which came up lucky. I think we need to create another test entry this week and see if its alert gets sent on Sunday.
