Bug Description

Whenever I start my Thunderbird since I updated to Raring, I get this dialog telling me that an online account needs attention - a click on "open online accounts" leads to system settings. When I open Accounts there, NOTHING is wrong. No error message, nothing!

I removed the Facebook and Google accounts I had - Google used to be what needed attention - still I see this message on every single startup now. Even though only Empathy is in there.
