Bug Description
Scratch likes to erase this specific PHP file when opened with automatic saving on, leaving the file with 0 bytes.
(the code is not mine, I had to review it since that's my task over at SMF)

it was due to the wrong encoding detection. It was fixed when I implemented a better encoding system.
