Bug Description
squid3 package is installed as a dependency by squid-deb-proxy, but it not needed to be running. So install procedure should use update-rc.d remove if it detects squid3 not already on the system
If not possible an explicative message would be very appreciated at install time

I realized that the best way to disable squid3 service is to turn it into manual mode:
sudo echo manual >> /etc/init/ squid3. override
