Bug Description
Most of electric locomotives from USSR have controlles based on positions counting.

Attached screens must tell you more than words. Just try it at MSTS and after at OR.
Bug is that OR does not read and does not use line "NumPositions" at cabview CVF-file and animate texture only as it is divided for frames from line "NumFrames". But a lot of locomotives (even not electric) need it.
