Can you run Geary like this from the console and post the log file (geary.log) here?

$ geary --debug > geary.log

It looks like your database file is malformed. This isn't critical, as it only stores the mail that's already on the server. To fix this, you'll need to do this at the console:

$ rm -rf ~/.local/share/geary

This will delete your mail database and attachment files. The next time you run Geary you'll need to re-enter your account information. At that point, Geary will begin re-downloading your email. You could move the directory to a safe location before starting Geary just in case, but there's no easy way we can reconstruct your database.

We have a ticket to improve Geary's behavior when this situation arises: http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/6074

However, to follow-up on this, I'm curious how this came to happen. Did you have a power failure recently or did the machine not properly shut down? Are you mounting your home directory across a network? We've not seen an SQLite database go corrupt outside of ordinary circumstances.
