Bug Description

The tag is 1.8.0.rc1, but the tarball job produces swift-1.8.0.tar.gz

We need to fix that before a potential Swift 1.8.0 RC2, as well as removing http://tarballs.openstack.org/swift/swift-1.8.0.tar.gz before it conflicts with the final release.

I worked around the issue for RC1 by uploading the produced swift-1.8.0.tar.gz as swift-1.8.0.rc1.tar.gz to Launchpad.

I've moved /srv/tarballs/swift/swift-1.8.0.tar.gz into my homedir for now, in case anyone needs it for further inspection.

And and Thierry's suggestion, I've put a copy at /srv/tarballs/swift/swift-1.8.0.rc1.tar.gz as well.
