Bug Description
In new function of chinese calendar ,normal user can't write things into note,only root user can write things into note of chinese calendar.It's caused by normal user write/read privillage of Linux file.

The problem is caused by the differernt competences between normal users and root . When you install the deb package by using `sudo` commond , and write things to file by using normal users , the bug was happened.
