Alternatives priority for x-www-browser should be higher for Firefox.

Bug Description

When both Mozilla and Firefox are installed, the Mozilla alternative for
'x-www-browser' has higher priority, and so it becomes the browser invoked by
the Debian 'sensible-browser' script. For Ubuntu, shouldn't Firefox be the
default browser?
