Bug Description
Use Unity's Webapps to integrate Readfeeder with the desktop.
Options:
* Inject tags into the HUD
* Inject feeds into the HUD
* Inject Queues into the HUD
* Add Queues to Quicklist
* Add new article counts (by tag) to MessageMenu
* Add new article counts (total) to Launcher
