Time zone location can't find Hong Kong

Bug Description
Go to system settings > Time and Date > Clock > tick 'Time in other locations'
Click 'Choose Locations...'
Click the green plus to add a location and then try putting in Hong Kong
Wait a second for it to give you the options to select from
Notice that Hong Kong, China does not appear and is not selectable at all and you have to select one of the options it gives you. It only gives you the option to select Hong Kong in Guyana
i.e. You can't select the real Hong Kong as a location. No doubt it has problems for other locations...
